Merchrix connects creators and fans through communities, drops, merch and rankings. These Terms of Use govern your access to our website, apps and services, together with our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Merchrix, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create a Merchrix account. If you are using Merchrix on behalf of a brand or business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

• Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and secure your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Creator accounts may require additional verification, such as identity or payout information, before you can list products or receive payments.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Merchrix for its intended purpose: discovering creators, joining communities and buying or selling merch.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on Merchrix's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or copy the platform except as permitted by law.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a creator or brand.

We may introduce, change or retire features over time as Merchrix evolves.

Creators are responsible for the products, designs, descriptions and content they publish on Merchrix. This includes making sure listings are accurate and that you hold the rights needed to sell any designs, artwork or branded merch you list.

By publishing content, you grant Merchrix a licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the platform, including in community feeds, drops and promotional placements.

When you place an order, you're entering into a purchase with the relevant creator or seller. Prices, taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Merchrix does not store full card details.
• Orders may be limited, delayed or cancelled for reasons such as stock issues, drop timing or suspected fraud.
• Creator payouts are subject to any applicable platform fees, disclosed before you list a product.
• You're responsible for providing accurate delivery details for your order.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and can vary based on production, drop demand and your location. Ownership and risk of loss for physical merch pass to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow the policy published for each drop or product. Where no specific policy is shown, contact support and we'll help resolve the issue with the relevant creator.

Merchrix's communities, squads and leaderboards are built on real participation. When posting, reacting or competing, you agree to:

• Treat other fans, creators and staff with respect.
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, spam and content that's illegal or infringing.
• Not manipulate rankings, engagement or rewards through fake accounts or bots.
• Follow any additional guidelines posted for a specific community or squad.

We may remove content or restrict participation that breaks these rules, without prior notice where the behaviour is serious or urgent.

The Merchrix name, logo, platform design and underlying software are owned by Merchrix or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that property to you.

Creators retain ownership of their original designs and content, subject to the licence granted to Merchrix to operate the platform as described above.

You can stop using Merchrix and close your account at any time, including through our account deletion flow.

We may suspend or terminate access to Merchrix, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or where required by law. Where practical, we'll give notice of the reason.

Merchrix is provided "as is." We work to keep the platform reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Merchrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as Merchrix's services or legal requirements change. The published version will display its effective date, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required.

Continuing to use Merchrix after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
